Minister Roger Samuels in the The Office of the Prime Minister parthnered with the NCC for Carnival 2012. HIV messages were displayed at Carnival events such as Dimanche Gras, Calypso Fiesta, Panorama, National Stick Fighting competition (Mayaro) Single, Small and Medium Pan (Arima). This was an effort to show the govenrments commitment to HIV/Aids prevention.
